Governance
CerebrumDAO's governance votes happen on Snapshot, a gasless, off-chain voting platform where NEURON token holders vote with their token balance. All 20 proposals to date (2024-04-23 – 2025-12-31) are closed, and every one passed with "For" as the winning choice. Snapshot records the voting decision itself but does not necessarily document what happened after — see each project's page for what's separately confirmed about execution.
